Ephemera

This collection contains documents with a wide range of images, which were made with a specific purpose and don’t intend to survive the actuality of their message. Although most have a limited useful life, they have become very interesting documents for researchers and collectors. As their name suggests, the collection itself is ephemeral but adequately organised and classified, which gives us an idea of how daily social life was like when they were made.

In this section we will classify them, from birth, communion and death remembrances...to postcards lovers exchanged in the 40s and 50s, small posters, announcements, picture cards, leaflets, etc.
